By accessing or using WindShift's platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the service.

2. Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the WindShift platform for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not: modify or copy the materials; use the materials for any commercial purpose outside of the platform; attempt to reverse engineer any software; remove any copyright or proprietary notations; or transfer the materials to another person.

3. User Data and Content

You retain all rights to the data and content you upload to WindShift. By uploading content, you grant us the right to process, store, and analyze your data solely to provide our services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service

5. Payment Terms

Paid services are billed in advance on a subscription basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our fees with 30 days notice.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Your use of the service is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

WindShift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
